I have the same problem in the "Jail" Screen, when I'm trying to create a character... bummer I really wanted to play

Everytime I try to make a character, it crashed on the "Jail" screen, and stops at 30%.. Please help me.

I crashed on OpenGL when I go to create my player, it stops at 30% all the time, and I am having the same problem on DirectX 9, none of this works for me.
