What TLOPO is trying to do is show PotCO as it was before it got shut down. Removing the disney characters would ruin that idea (and the game in general).

To add productively to the discussion, I'd like the ship name suffix "Rider" to be added (I want a ship named the "Storm Rider" XD)

I have, luckily, not had this problem, but it happens occasionally when landing on an island after a round of sea grinding, but instead of loading up to 76% or 92% it just doesn't load at all. It's only happened to me once per 3 hour game time.

I agree that the "loss of server connection" error can be a bit misinforming at times. The best solution I can think of is to extend it to include something along the lines of "Either our servers have crashed, or your internet connection has failed." Then again, it's still beta.

The game is still in Beta. Expect things to not work as intended at times. Also, if your sailing/cannon skill is higher than a certain ship, expect a lower payoff in experience from fighting that ship.
