I talked to Jack and did not get the Raven's Cove quest at all. I am lvl 31. I have spoken to Jack and even sailed to Ravens Cove and tried to talk to Ned. What should I do? I need the entire Ravens Cove quest. Who do I contact and where? Also, I have not had a Ravens Cove TP quest either...

In old POTCO, if memory serves me well, I could just go up to the fisherman guy and buy these legendary lures. I may be wrong. If there is legendary lures in the game, how do I purchase them? Are the legendary lures in TLOPO? Is there there a certain fishing level I must be at to attain...
