ive sent my logs and no help my game crashes everytime i try to log in

my game keeps crashing trying to log in ive emailed my logs and no feedback yet I just need help and nobody wants to help

I cant even log in ive been asking for help for days since the pyp update

I cant even log in lol

I read something that said to delete the logs so I did but ive tried to log in since so ill do that

I cant even load in since the pyp update

its been like this since the pyp update i dont even load into the character selection screen its annoying and nobody cares to help fix it

since the new update every time I log in it loads to 100 then closes me out idk what to do someone help
