I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that just downloads the launcher. I did however get the game to download last night.

I would like to suggest the ability to download the game without being in a timeslot. I tried to download the game a couple of times, it would go slow and fail multiple times. I never did get it to finish in the 3 hour time slots.
