They have a status page now, https://status.tlopo.com. It serves the same purpose as the thread, except gives more realtime stats on servers. So if there's an issue, it'll be shown immediately on that page.

How much longer will the Ravens Cove quest last? Because all i found out is that those redeem codes last till whenever but not due date for the Raven Coves quest.

The quest doesn't have a temporary availability attached to it. You can start and finish it whenever you want!

If you mean the hollowed wood's quest that one only lasts untill 31 January. The raven's cove quest lasts forever just like the blackpearl one since they are story quests.
