Release Notes 2017-6-27 tlopo-rc-v1.2.3

After two runs.
The first run though I didn't crash instantly, loading screen popped up and nothing else. No CPU work was happening at a steady 2.0% and I had to manually close the game
Second run I thought it might have been the fancy loading screen so I disabled that along with the fancy skydome, no problems, docked just fine.

I'll post more if I find anything else.
 
After my first post I've yet to have any issues at all.

I run with all sounds off, graphics at their lowest, and everything disabled if its able to be disabled, so far I'm good! I do relog after every voyage or two have yet to try a extended run.
