Release Notes 2017-7-12 tlopo-rc-v1.3.0

No sound on and still crashing on porting , but now instead of crashing to launcher, or the transition screen upon porting freezing....i crash with tlopo.exe not working error. :(
 
I've really not had a chance to put the update through some paces yet but I can say that I didn't crash last night until right before I was going to close out my night anyway. So, 1 crash vs 5 or 6 I will take any day.

How about the other half game population who can't play. My pirate is stuck looking like an orange. He's wearing all bright orange and I can't change because I use Mac :/

I just read the list of bug fixes. I wanna kiss the devs. Good Job! I know for Mac users, there is an issue, but I'm sure they'll fix it soon! Good work, devs! Keep up the good work! The first part of the list will be a list of the buffs that work and the weapons and abilities that I have to determine it's functionality.   • There's a Fly Trap on Outcast Isle that isn't spawning properly. You'll see it on the map, but you only see it's shadow.
  • Bizarre events where the game just shuts down on it's own... but it's not like a crash.

seems like sound crash didnt get fixed cant stay on a ship for more than 5 mintues without game crashing with sound on.
 
For some odd reason, I can't log in without crashing.
Also, why roll the update back to help the MAC users? The game in a work in progress, and I highly doubt the devs want to roll back a massive update like this. They will just have to figure out a fix later on to keep the game progression moving along.
 
if anyone sees this i havent been able to use local chat or crew chat for about a month only my guild chat. i can still use the speedchat but there isnt an option to say can i join your crew or even thank you so life is very reclusive nowadays for me

You can use a virtual machine or dual-boot Windows using Boot Camp if you're desperate to play and no new updates are released before tomorrow. Another thing you can try doing is use Wine to run the Windows version of TLOPO (I have no idea if that'll work though). Virtual machine would be the easiest option, aside from waiting.

I know I can use boot camp, but I'd rather wait than pay i think. Thanks for the suggestions and help tho ;)
