Bugfixes
- Fixed the bug where enemies and bosses disappeared randomly.
- Fixed a bug that prevented players from pressing the ESC key to cancel kicking open a jail cell door.
- Fixed a bug where the previous crew leader could still kick and promote people after promoting someone else to leader.
- Fixed a district reset at the end of invasions.
- Fixed a model bug that caused ground shadows and green selector circles in jails (other than those on Raven's Cove and Rambleshack) to not display.
- Code cleanup.
