I've had this problem for a while. My computer's max resolution is 3840 x 2160, and whenever I set the resolution to that, it makes the screen like really big and moves it to the bottom left.
I figured out if you have windows go into display settings there’s a section that says scale and layout and it’s default is 150% put it to 100% and it fixed it for me
