50% black screen

When I enter a building or leave a building I (half the time) get a black screen idk if this is just me or not but really makes the game unplayable

As do I, or the loading screen itself is stuck. Very annoying as it requires me to relog into the game.

I get this sometimes. I fixed it by relogging.
