900: Couldn't connect to the account server

Going on for days now, done: reinstall, restart, cache clear... communicating with friends that are able to be on with no issues...


No idea what is going on
 
That would be a Windows error , might try checking for any updates you may have missed or connect to Microsoft support
 
The two most common causes for this are:
  1. Using your email address as your username.
  2. Antivirus or another firewall application preventing the game from contacting TLOPO's gameservers.
Can you verify you aren't doing #1 and also check to make sure your antivirus is allowing TLOPO through? (An easy way to check if your antivirus or firewall is the culprit is by temporarily disabling them and then attempting to launch the game).
 
For some odd and weird reason(first time incident of this kind for me) my AV thought a .dll file was a "threat" and deleted it. So I excluded the file, and the launcher is back to normal now. Thanks JFR, appreciate the insight. I was going to win firewall as well as my custom ones, and nothing stood out until i looked at the file path of a recent "threat deleted" lol
