So every time a quest tells you to "capture someone right when you get that quest (when you talk to the person who is going to tell you to do it it says (whoever it was) has been captured! This message isn't supposed to appear until after you sink the ship their on. My guess is that this is because you have already sunk that ship at one point so it thinks that you have already captured them.
PS. It doesn't actually "really" mess anything up because the quest will still tell you to capture them and when you do the quest continues like it should. Just a simple bug I wanted to report.

Yeah its not a huge bug I've seen it a lot and I was about to report it and I was like nahhhh I'll just wait... I decided that it was about time I reported it though.
