Time moves slowly when I be all alone,

There be nothing to do, nothing to see...

Me thoughts be spinning like a bad cyclone,

Sad eyes eternally watching the sea.

At last one day, there be it forthcoming

The ship on the sea, most certainly yers.

Years I've waited, and now ye're coming.

Lustfully dancing in musical scores.

O' darling how much I have missed ye so,

To be longing to feel yer tender warmth.

Now my darling, ye be with calypso.

I will never see ye again, thenceforth.

I hold ye in my arms, head tilt over

"I’ll forever love ye, my widower."
