Question A Particular Question on a Cannon Defense Glitch

Alright, so I was sitting, reading about Cannon Defense guides on the wiki (and I want to write my own). However, all the guides said one thing... and this has caused me to question something.

I understand that the devs want to fix "most" (I say most because its hard to have a completely bug free game ;)) glitches, people have requested they keep some glitches such as one of the old PvP glitches (I don't know what it is something about players fighting each other outside the arenas?)

So, in pertains to this, I wanted to ask if probably the most vital and useful glitch in Cannon Defense will be fixed or not. The old Powder Keg + Cold Shot glitch. For those that don't love Cannon Defense as much as I do, it was a glitch where if you shot a floating powder keg ammo with Cold Shot. What would happen is that not only would the Powder Keg explode and the Ice would form from the Cold Shot, but the ice would stay there permanently. Meaning you could form mass ice barricades that stack on top of each other that would not only damage ships as they went over, but they would also slow them down.

This glitch was pretty much one of the holy grail strategies to getting to high waves, I especially was dependant on this glitch since Cannon Defense towards closing was not really popular, therefore I would mostly play solo and even on solo the higher waves get really really hard.

So, this is my question, is this here to stay or will this be fixed?
You can obviously see my viewpoint on this but it is understandable from a viewpoint that intentionally keeping bugs in a game is not... well.... good. So, I wanted to ask what will happen. Peoples opinions on this would be welcome also.

I loved this glitch, and would also enjoy if it stayed. It essentially ended up being a skill that was learned and passed along by the community, pirate to pirate. I owe basically all my rams to that glitch...however if they want to fix it to get the game to run smoother, how about an intentional fix in the code?
