This mainly occurred in the reset week

This actually happened to me once. It literary takes away all your inventory. I can't remember if this fixes itself or not.... But you don't want it to happen to you...

actually the only time i have seen a player card that says lvl 0 and incomplete is when the player doesnt finish the tutorial

Happened to me during reset-week, I couldn't teleport or anything- I was stuck on tortuga with a bunch of other people with the same issue... lol

This happened the first time the Kraken was released. It was released on either test or live. But when you see it in the ocean it crashes you. And for some people it reverted them to level zero.

To my knowledge, the kraken was NEVER released.

Like I said mate I know it was released but only for like a day and it might have been on test. I think they were trying to see if it would work. But it kept crashing people and resetting them to level zero.
