Hello, I've been permanently hwid banned on all of my accounts with no prior warnings, mutes, or bans and I have now been 2 months without assistance or chat logs as to why this is. I've provided a username and as much information as requested to the support email and have yet to receive an answer. I've lost the ounce of interest I had in this game over the course of this time period and sure hope others don't receive a similar treatment.
