I saw it; I was referring to adding more overtime; not just the rage ghosts, but different things.
And @Jacksharkben, it is lagging because there are so many people in one place.

I looked for them earlier today, seems they have all glitched. I suspect it's similar to how enemies would glitch in POTCO - someone attacks for a few seconds and then runs away which causes the ghost to run after them and disappear.

I didn't know about the ones on tortuga and port royal, they were only on raven's cove during potco so I just assumed. Thank you for the info! I'll be sure to pass it along in game!There are rage ghosts on Raven's Cove, Tortuga, and Port Royal already.
