Hi everyone, this is my first time playing since, the game was updated. I am currently trying to do the game on my windows pc downstairs and my mac os x upstairs. the game downstairs is giving me a hard time and won't work and my mac does not have the correct version in order to play the game on my mac.

the file that i am apparently supposed to have was never on my computer, so the support people for the game sent it to me, i tried again after putting the file into my game file and it still didn't work. i then thought maybe i could play on my mac but i don't have the correct version of my mac os x yet.

Well, I'd try to talk to support again. And as for mac maybe update it if possible

i did try to update and i only have the 10.6.8 mac os x version
