Hopefully I can hop back on here soon, just after the new update the “No Districts are available” is popping up and isn’t letting me click ok. So hopefully I can figure out the problem so I can go on again.
 
Figured it out like 10 minutes after. The ok and cancel button aren’t lined up and had to click under the wooden box area. Seems to be working smoothly now.
