When I first got my grenades I immediately started farming them. But every now and then I noticed that I would get a dud when reloading. When I say dud what I mean is that I cannot use that weapon to attack. I eventually figured out that this happened whenever I entered into a loot drop while I was reloading. And to fix this I had to manually reload while not inside a loot drop.
This is my first time reporting a bug, and I'm sorry if someone has already mentioned this or it has already been fixed. Also, if your not quite sure what I'm talking about you'll know what I mean if you follow these steps:
Kill and enemy until loot is dropped
Use a weapon that requires reloading such as a grenade or a gun
While that weapon is reloading, press shift to enter the loot
Exit the loot drop and try to fire
Reload manually to fix
The game will play the reload animation and go back to an idle animation, but will not reload. You can also visibly see the glitch with the grenade as you will not be holding a grenade, but your character will appear to be holding it.
