theres 3 games in total and 3 books all for the xbox ( gears of war aspho fields, gears of war jacentos reminant, gears of war anvil gate, and gears 1 - 3 is the games ) ( it comes out april 4th )

lol i went back preordered bullet storm epic addition and gears of war so i could get the beta for gears 3 and i read all the books theres alot to the gears of war story ( alot more then youd think ) that is only told in the books

as stated above april 4th but you need to play and beat the first 2 gears games to understand it
