App Crash

game starts to load to about 30% than says App Crash. Im on windows 7 and after this recent update I can not get on.
What do I need to do?

We are actively working on fixing the crash issues with the Pypperoni launch. Please find your logs in your TLOPO folder, as per the GIF below:

Please attach your most recent log (as identified by the D&T in the date modified category, and then post it as a reply here. We are working as fast as we can to fix the issue, however, the more data we have regarding the crashes and current bugs, the easier it is for the team to identify and repair them.

That being said, as a temporary fix to the 30% login crash, attempt to launch the game a few times and let me know if you are able to successfully access the game.

It's also worth noting that we're beginning to not support Windows 7 anymore. Windows 7 is considered "end of life" and is no longer supported by Microsoft. It no longer receives security or feature updates.
 
Can't even connect to server now. why did you have to do this now??
The connection to the server issue must be something different. I'm able to log in perfectly fine to the game.

Can you upload a log so we can see what's going on? We can't help you if you don't send a log because we wouldn't know what's happening.
 
I have basically the same issue where the game crashes when trying to connect to a server except I'm using Windows 10. I'll have the log file attached to this post, but I can copy and paste the log as well if you need me to.

It's been about a week now since not being able to play the game. I don't want to seem impatient, but I really hope this gets addressed soon.
 
I don't know if this will work for anyone else, but I found a sort of workaround for this. I made a new pirate and the game actually loads in with no issues. This suggests something to do with that one specific pirate of mine. I did a bit of digging into my log file and found this. AttributeError: 'InventoryUICharmItem' object has no attribute 'updateAmountText'

I don't know what this means exactly, but hopefully this helps anyone who has this issue until it can be fixed. You won't be able to play your main pirate, but at least you will be able to play the game until then.

Really, when win7 64bit works fine with everything else on my system. Why not keep supporting it but with the caveat the staff won't actively troubleshoot win7 problems?
