Question Are ghosts weak to silver shot?

I'm unsure what enemy type a ghost is.

According to wiki, steel shot is the best against creatures, stumps, flytraps, Davy Jones' Crew, ghosts. I couldn't seem to find an actual category ghosts are is so I assume they are just ghost enemies.

Technically alive, the reasons for that being is unclear, silver is less effective than steel shot on these enemies. Jumbees are always dressed differently, like common pirates.
