Ban glitched?

I was temporarily banned on march 17th at 1:51pm and right now it is march 19th 3:04 pm and im still banned. i was issued a 48 hour temp ban and it has been over that time and im a little curious why im not unbanned. i would be glad if some staff could resolve this. pirate in game name - "David Deck Silver "
