Jim was correct. As long as Disney emailed you and stated that you would get your access back at certain time (they are precise about that), you do not have to worry about it.
Concerning 'big deal' or 'not a big deal', you could feel or interpret it yourself. To me, it IS a big deal, since I really looked forward to having an access to test server, no matter there was any update, no update, or delayed update (it is the "access" that I wanted).
Also, think about it this way: A bans was created supposedly as a penalty to a "wrongdoing" (according to Disney's book - Codes of Conduct thingy), regardless you agree 100% with it, or dispute it (like I did) because of the degree of violation. If you knew you did something wrong, well, you deserved the ban and you should be worried. Because multiple bans will end up with termination. If you felt you did not do anything wrong, and still got banned, then scream in many forums or email them or do live chat with them (when it was still available) when your ban is over. At least they need to hear your point of view.
What we really need to worry about is when you get banned, no email, no explanation on why or how long the ban lasts, because chances are either your account gets terminated (without your knowing or even without your wrongdoing), or, your account gets hacked. Either way, you need to take action and call them, otherwise the ban could get permanent (terminated). And if you know you did not do anything wrong, of course you want to dispute that.
