The Pirates Online Code of Conduct:
  • Respect your fellow pirates - Pirates of the Caribbean Online does not tolerate any swearing, cheating, bullying or overt harassment toward other players. Disciplinary action will be taken should any one of these occur while playing.
  • Never reveal any of your personal information - The best way to ensure you stay safe online is to NEVER share your real name, phone number, address, email or passwords with anyone.
  • No inappropriate talk - References to drugs and ***ual, racial or otherwise inappropriate talk are not permitted and are grounds for removal from the game.
  • No Cheating - Any use of third party programs is not allowed. Players who use any third party programs while playing risk being permanently banned.

All you have to do is open that link of Code of Conduct, then hit the "OK" button at the bottom (or whatever button that is in there), basically "agreeing on the Code of Conduct". Then your ban will start when you hit that button, effective for however many days you get banned for. The time is precise, so once you hit the button, it will register you, and the 24-hour ban (in your case) will end exactly 24 hours later - to the minute. You will get the email stating that your ban is effective until certain time (exactly to the minute).

But if you can't even click that link, that's going to be a problem, because that's how you "review" it (it becomes official when you click the "OK" button). Reading the Code of Conduct in this Forums does not mean you have reviewed it.

watch my video, this is what happens: *removed*
Are you positive you're using the same username and password you use to log into the game? That error, while partially on Disney's end, seems to note it's having trouble looking up the username for your account. On my account, I have a specific User ID that is independent of my email.. unless you used your email as your User ID.

If none of that helps, email [email protected]

i do indeed have my username my email, could this be the problem?
Well quite honestly it's an error with Disney's programming - but I suspect it could be causing issues. If you're absolutely sure you're entering your credentials correctly then I'd just send them an email like I suggested and wait for them to get back to you, or dig up the number if you can and give them a call.

FWIW I have no trouble logging in with my User ID/password but as I said my username is not my email.

alright i have emailed them and hopefully they respond with someting usefull !!disney has yet to respond, man i dislike them right now!!!it's now 6:30 in the morning and they have not answered, **** you disney!!!!
