Guide Best sailing guide?

What is the best guide to level sailing. I'm wanting to get a war ship before starting main story :p

It's all situational. - If you're looking to level sailing itself fast you need a crew of 3 (no more because they will take all the xp) enough to sink ships with being able to shoot off 2 rounds of broadside. - Anymore and you are taking to long, any less and you are not getting great xp.

That's how I leveled it at least.... xP

A crew of 3 including you or a crew of 3 other pirates?
