Quests Black Pearl Quest: Cannot recover crab bile

On the Liberation of the Black Pearl quest I cannot fulfill one of the requirements. For Doc Grog recruit I am currently on the final ingredients portion and I cannot Recover Crab Bile. No matter how many Giant Crabs I kill I still don't receive anything for my quest.

The crab bile drops from a crab boss on the other side of the island named... something I forgot. There's a specific mob that drops the item though. I had the same problem when I was doing the quest for the first time. Hope this helps!

Just for future reference, the crab boss is called Scatter Snap.
