I'm trying to do the tutorial mission and every time I get to the part with Bo the game won't cut to the scene with Jolly Roger after I shoot the ship, is this like a known bug? I'm new to this remake...

You have to create a new pirate and skip the tutorial. It is a known issue as well.

This problem has been around since day 1. Yes, they know about it. How to fix it? Just when you make a new pirate - skip the tutorial.

I don't believe this is true. I was able to do the tutorial with no issues, so I think this is a new-ish bug.

Some people have been able to go through the tutorial, others haven't. Not really sure why it's like that, but for whatever reason it is. Only solution currently is to skip the tutorial once a new pirate is created.

Not true. I myself have experienced it TWICE (that means, with two different pirates) in the first day of beta. It's an old bug.
