I think we will see many more legendary as I think the drop ratio of skulls has been increased. The contents aren't or don't look altered too much, but the frequency being greater should bring more finds as is logical. Before yesterday, I could kill Legs over 150 times without seeing a skull. Tonight I was getting them almost every 20 to 30 times. Which is great as far as I'm concerned.
