Well it was a glitch in the game previously that i had heard about but never witnessed. I heard that patched it so now im assuming its back.
Its an issue with sailing loot

I saw a video about it a while back but i doubt ill be able to find it.
Sailing - I took a bright from sailing loot and it lost its color?!
EDIT: I just realized the plain tank in the loot. I may have clicked that on accident. My bad. What the title says. If this wasn't just a one-time thing, we're gonna have a lot of valuable brights lost to this glitch:
