See title..... I just want to see what the difference is.....
You want Graphics worse then what they are with Open GL ?
It didn't work anyways, and to my knowledge Panda3D (the game engine) is lacking in it's Directx support currently.
Like I said: I want to see the difference.....
Ok, that sounds like a logic reason for stopping the support via the launcher. Thanks!
By the way I had my own POTCO Source Code and my DX9 didn't work on it either
add support for DX12 and PhysX then add Sea of Thieves ocean water :]
That is almost impossible, the whole engone will need a massive overhaul. The engine can handle a lot, the may even be able the creat such a ocean like SoT(which I dot not recommen, because the sailing style is different and there is limited walking on the ship plus you can't jump out) but DX12 support will not be worth the time I quess. Like I said, the P3D Engine needs a overhaul, the engine is pretty old, there is really support in updating it and we are trying to recreate a game and the engine. And believe me: TLOPO did some nice changes and tweaks to the engine, it's amazing...... Besides why a supporting a new API on a old game, there will probably be no difference.
it was a joke.
