Can login, but Cannot Connect.

I had no issues 2 days ago logging in and connecting with seconds. Now I login and I stay at the connecting screen for seems like about 10 minutes. Ive tried reinstalling but I get the same thing. Im at a new location but I confirmed it. I get a error message occasionally which I will post below when it comes up.

Any advice?

I'm not very happy either, i've sent like six messages to customer support trying to explain that I was given my account as gift, I deleted the game and reinstalled so I have no login files from the past. Therefore, they should be able to resolve my problem and they almost did but they said they found an alternative method for changing my e-mail on my account without me having to send login files, they were going to change it but the e-mail i used was already registered to an account for TLOPO. Plz help I don't know how I'm going to play the game tonight if I don't get help?!
