I reserved a 11pm-2am pacific time to play but when I log in and it loads it gives me a "Could not connect to gs-3.tlopo.com.7969. Try Again?" message.

Usually when you receive that message it means that specific log-in server is having issues, if you continue to try you should be able to connect through gs-1 or gs-2. It's rare that the log-in servers have issues, but when they do they're dealt with quickly.
