can't update, error 902

i feel like i get a new problem with this game every week. now i can't update the game because i keep getting this error telling me „Can't open file for write: tlopo.exe.bz2“. i've searched the forums for the very few solutions but none of them have worked or just went unanswered completely. i've tried reinstalling, changing .exe properties, running as administrator, totally wiping the game's files from my computer; outside of contacting support those are the only solutions i found.

yeah my antivirus was disabled the entire time. i'm still looking for any other programmes that might be conflicting with the launcher but so far i can't seem to find any

Game won't finish loading. Gets to 75% and crashes everytime.

ok i managed to fix it. i didn't realise it would be the same solution as the archive extract error: delete the file named before .bz2 (in this case, tlopo.exe) and then update
