cant utilize double mats because crash every time i sail

i crash all the time when sailing, multiple times per voyage. makes it difficult to be able to be in a ship long enough for cargo to fill up. I've barely played at all today and I've already gotten screwed out of 7 full cargo runs. This wouldn't be frustrating if this was something that happened maybe occasionally. Most of the time I have spent on tlopo today has meant absolutely nothing because the crashes took away all of the loot and mats I was supposed to get. This happens way more often than not, which makes the sailing aspect of the game almost impossible i crash 90% of the mat runs I go on.

Have you cleared your cache? Or lowered your settings? That may help you.

Settings were at the lowest, cache has already been cleared

Have you reinstalled that seems to help a lot of the time?

I tried a fresh install, was still crashing
