Character not working (error 166)

Whenever I try to play as one of my characters, I get a message that says I've been disconnected to prevent a district reset. I sent an email to support but I've got nothing back from them. If anyone knows how to fix this please help! My friend has been experiencing the same thing as me. I'll attach an error log below.

I have the same issue with my alt. With my primary pirate I have no problem, get right in. My alt hasn't been able to load into the game for 2 days. I sent an email to tlopo support today so hopefully this will be resolved soon. Just FYI.

When I click, play (I've tested it 4 times now.) It said, "You have been disconnected to prevent a District reset" And It continues to say that whenever I log on and simply click the play button. Is there any way to fix it?

Send an email to support here: [email protected] that's all we can do. Hopefully if enough people tell them they'll acknowledge us. For now all we can do is wait.

Received a reply from support stating they are working on a fix.
Nothing so far but hopeful.
