I like the idea of having a select list of items that could be received from an in game code, but not at the players choosing... kind of like a lottery choosing. Could also have a quest possibly attached to it with the reward being a mystery box which contains the prize rather than a code issued to everyone...?

I had an idea with my lack of luck finding the Sharkfang Blade.

How about for Christmas, we let each player "choose a gift"?

A list of codes could be made for the Famed Weapons EXCLUDING TOP TIER FAMED (like Admiral's Cutlass and Black Shark Blade), and each player could choose one. A special thing could be implemented where choosing one disabled the other codes, similar to how you could only get ONE of El Patron's Blades from the story quest!

You know I'm against trading and stuff in game but I wouldn't mind this too much. I mean since its only for Christmas once every year. Also since you said not top tier just decent fames. You could give your friends what they wanted or needed most.

But this is a very complicated idea to implement. You also didn't explain how many people you could give to.


I think to make this easiest to implement you should only be able to give out 1 of these fames to 1-2 people. You cant just be like here, here, here, here, here. You also wouldn't be able to give to developers and maybe even forums staff because people would give them everything.

Certainly not trying to be mean to any devs here. They do a great job!

Well... I guess they could just make a World Eater appear in their inventories anyways...
