Clear Skies and New Weapons Be Yers

I understand that this update gave us new weapons, but was there anything else included with it?? What did it mean by "clear skies be yours"? Bug fixes?
 
"Clear Skies" is referring to the part of the news story that says Jolly Roger had placed a curse on the Caribbean. After searching for ingredients and making a potion with them, Jolly Roger was driven back, so "the skies are clear of any curse".

Imo, "Clear Skies" is also somewhat of a saying/greeting, just like "Keep a weather eye on the horizon." as well.
