No it is a co guildmaster. They equally share in running the guild.

Yes but i would put someone that you trust alot and know will do a great job.

This is basically something that is honored by the guild when the GM states who the Co-GM's are, as the game does not recognize them yet. The Co-GM's act in the best interest of the guild when the GM is not on the game. They are one step below the GM, and one step above officers.

Equal. Except one is signed in at a time. When they leave they sign the other in.

okay so why don't disney have a slot to promoted people to co- gm like they with the guild master?

When disney makes a Co Gm spot that u can actuly appoint someone as. This is a question for the GM of guilds what abilitys would u give them? What would u want you Co GM's to be allowed to do?

i think it would just be more of a nametag not really anymore powers just to show whos boss.

Same thing they do as officers. Only guild and or boot. Promoting members should still go through the GM. Co-Gm is just to show he/she is second in command above officers as Captain Star stated, and can make decisions when the GM is not around.

Two Co Gm's can be on at the same time but only one can be signed in at a time.

A guild can have as many CO-GM's as it needs, though having more than two is rare. If there was an official rank for CO-GMS from Disney, they would likely have the ability to demote and promote officers and veterans, but not likely to be used in excess, hence why the measure is not too popular with disney. But it would be helpful for the guilds.

for example if the guildmaster hasn't come on in a long time the guild wont fall apart
