Glitch Completed quest are not removed automatically. (Osx High Sierra)

I noted that when I complete a quest it stays active (shown in the quest description)
To remove it I have to click on an active quest.

Yes, I've been having that issue as well.
In fact some quests are stuck somewhere in the middle of a completed quest.

I have a few quests that returned half completed , Be nice to be rid of the unwanted garbage cluttering the quest log
