Completed quests returning !

After completing Cutlass Level 15: Fine Cutlass Upgrade: Pirate Lore
It returned the next day In my Journal and is Now stuck there .

Looks like Pirate Life has returned as well ! Wish the quests removed due to an Update would Return Instead !! lol

Yea I had that as well I did not get the upgrade when I completed it before the update and it just disappeared eventually . Still never got the update.
