Crash on Macs

Here is a video of what happens:

Basically I just installed the game on this computer. On my windows it works fine.

I have not installed this game on the this computer yet and when I did the above happened. No settings changed. I looked inside of my folder with MMDR I could not find a logs folder. This is due to the game not even launching.

If anyone needs anything else please let me know.

Thanks, however I do not have the files that it says to delete. This thread will not be closed and will be continued.
 
Has the MAC download files been fixed. I know in the past when I first made an account and reserved and play time the launcher always acted like my account did not exist. The launcher also did not display the news. It kinda made me give up on the game for the time being because as a apple player I could not get in. Basically what I am asking is if Mac players can get into the game now. I know no one can right now but when beta release will this game work on a MAC. I am asking this because I don’t want to enter into a contest for a beta key or go and reserve a play time spot if I can not enter the game yet.

I'm not sure the time frame in which you were having trouble, so I'll just briefly overview what we did for MACs - We built a brand new MAC launcher from scratch which fixed the majority of the issues players were having. Since then, there have been a handful of tweaks made to the MAC launcher to resolve some of the crashes. Last I heard, 10.9 is not compatible with TLOPO, but they were working to change that. Any version older than that will not be supported because of their age (someone correct me if I'm wrong about this).

Because the game isn't open to anyone right now, it's not possible to test if your MAC will work now after the updates mentioned above. I would strongly encourage you to participate in the contests anyway. It is totally worth it to win a Key.

That answers my question then. If it will work on anything above 10.9 then it should work for me. I don’t have any alpha screenshots so I won’t enter in that contest but if the next contest is something I can do then I will enter in that.
 
Hey! May you please go into the TLOPO logs folder (~/Library/Application Support/The Legend of Pirates Online/Game/logs) and send me a copy of your game log? It will give me all the information I need in order to figure out the cause of this issue you were experiencing.

Open up "Terminal and paste in the following line, then press enter.
open ~/Library/Application\ Support/The\ Legend\ of\ Pirates\ Online/Game/logs

It will open up the game's logs folder. Send me the some of the most recent logs that you have via uploading the .log files contents to www.pastebin.com and PMing me the link.
