Crashing during a fight

Hey whoever is reading this :)

When I use my throwing knives to attack an enemy, after like the third knife is thrown, I crash. When im not in combat and im just throwing knives at nothing I dont crash. I asked my friend to use her dagger, (not the throwing knive version) she did not crash. Is anyone else having this issue?
 
SAME thing just happened to me multiple times. Happened to my friend as well. Only when using the throwing kind of dagger. Other weapons were fine.
