I'm not sure they "hate us" as much as they're just doing their job. I think a name would be fun for that guy.

Oh how sad. Then like the good pirates ye be, ye should be pick pocketing and relieving the weight of all his booty from his tired and depressed body every time ye get of the jail.

Perhaps we could bribe the guards for get out of jail cards to be used later.

Or the option to maybe subdue a guard when going in and maybe getting a small percent of your manifest loot back and immediate freedom.

You gotta love him. He's too sweet to subdue. I'm just thinking he could give an interesting side quest when you're a certain level though.
