Idea Cursed Skills: powerful skills with drawbacks

The idea of cursed skills is that using cursed powers would grant you lots of power, but at a cost. These would be found on cursed weapons (not just swords in particular). Increasing the rank increases the power but curses you more:

For example (numbers just for illustration purposes):

Cursed Bloodlust
(Rank 3): For 6 seconds, deal 35% increased damage but drains 5% of your health per second and reduces healing taken by 50%
(Rank 4): For 6 seconds, deal 45% increased damage but drains 5% of your health per second and prevents you from being healed

Cursed Inferno: Sacrifice 1/3 of your health to summon powerful cursed flames to Incinerate your opponent (does alot of damage)

Cursed Venom Strike: Each strike has a 70% chance to inflict 1 stack of venom on opponent (150 damage/sec) and yourself (30 damage/sec), stacks up to 6 stacks (600 damage/sec) / (180 self damage/sec).

Cursed Power: For 6 seconds, increase skill recharge time by an additional 25%, but curses yourself and you take 20% more damage.

Curse of Endless Night: Instantly recharges all your weapon skills. You suffer a powerful curse for 2 minutes that reduces your max HP/MP by 30%.

Some other curse effects can include:
- Take more voodoo damage
- Reduces your damage done afterwards
- Reduces movement speed
- temporarily stops natural hp/mp regen
 
adding cursed weapons for these skills? im down for it, though they should have an effect that matches the benifit, I.E if the curse is powerful then the benifit should be just as powerful
