Mostly you just need to agree to follow the rules found here:

There's also a application you can fill out but I don't believe it's strictly required (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

Kat, is it true that the guild lives? is Cougar among those who still follow? and is there an officer online that could invite me to the guild? i was with the Archive back on potco and its amazing to see its back to life again!
Oh yes, our guild is doing very well - very active and always someone around. Let me know what server and where to meet you and someone will be there to guild you. Cougar Bladerage was one of my alts - so Cougar = KFK.
