Glitch Days-worth of progress lost

Not the biggest issue in the world but after today's many server resets i have lost all ships, notoriety levels gained, quest progress, and loot. Is there anyway of recovering this or should I just mark it off as a loss and continue. Also is it normal for my game to regularly crash every 3-5 minutes?

Did it reset you all the way to lvl 1? Or just a few levels? Our progress was supposed to rollback only a few hours. If you're back at lvl 1, I assume it's a result of the glitch that many people have been experiencing. Try relogging and see if everything comes back. It might take a couple of tries. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. I do know that a lot of people are crashing right now since the game was just recently updated. I, too, crash every 5 minutes or so, though I don't know if everybody else is crashing that often as well.

That's really frustrating indeed. It's always a disappointment. I can relate, believe me.

The crashing is to be expected, this is the early stages of Beta. As time goes on and bugs and glitches are found and fixed and development progresses, the crashes will become less frequent or be stopped altogether.
Edit: Also, there was a server-wide rollback due to a glitch being found that needed fixing immediately, so any progress within the last 3 hours was completely wiped.
