Dig Spots

Hello, I've been having trouble with some quests that regard to dig spots. I am currently stuck on the quest for the Cutlass Upgrade: Pirate Lore and the Teleportation access to Padres Del Fuego. For the Cutlass Upgrade quest I am stuck on digging at Kingshead as it says "Did not find any quest items", I also have tried switching servers and restarting the game. As for the Teleportation quest for Padres, I have dug at every spot there is and it also says "Did not find any quest items", I tried switching servers multiple times and restarting the game. If you guys could please fix this, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your time!

I'm having this problem as well. It's been like this since the beta started. I've waited for a couple updates to see if it would get fixed. But it's not, and I've got like 4 different quests I can't finish.

I have had luck digging by digging everywhere. I have found most of the digging quest items but not always in the spot or the island where they are supposed to be. Found an item for Padres on the beach at Port Royal for one.
